‘House of the Dragon’ Season 3 Casts Barry Sloane, Tom Cullen, Joplin Sibtain

House of the Dragon” has added three new cast members for its upcoming third season.

Tom Cullen (“The Gold,” “Trespasses”), Joplin Sibtain (“Andor,” “Safe”), and Barry Sloane (“Sandman,” “Revenge”) have all joined the upcoming season of the hit “Game of Thrones” prequel. Cullen will play Ser Luthor Largent, with Sibtain set as Ser “Bold” Jon Roxton and Sloane as Ser Adrian Redfort.

Cullen is repped by United Agents and Telescope Agency. Sibtain is represented by The Artists Partnership and Goodman Genow. Sloane is repped by Conway van Gelder Grant, Brillstein, and Gersh

The new additions to the cast join returning cast members: Matt Smith, Emma D’Arcy, Olivia Cooke, Steve Toussaint, Rhys Ifans, Fabien Frankel, Ewan Mitchell, Tom Glynn-Carney, Sonoya Mizuno, Harry Collett, Bethany Antonia, Phoebe Campbell, Phia Saban, Jefferson Hall, Matthew Needham, Tom Bennett, Kieran Bew, Kurt Egyiawan, Freddie Fox, Clinton Liberty, Gayle Rankin, and Abubakar Salim.

New cast members previously announced for Season 3 include James Norton as Ormund Hightower, Tommy Flanagan as Lord Roderick Dustin, and Dan Fogler as Ser Torrhen Manderly.

“House of the Dragon” Season 3 is currently in production. The show is set roughly 200 years prior to the events of “Game of Thrones.” It is based on the book “Fire & Blood” by George R.R. Martin.

Martin co-created the series with Ryan Condal. Both serve as executive producers, with Condal serving as showrunner. Sara Hess, Melissa Bernstein, Kevin de la Noy, Vince Gerardis, David Hancock, and Philippa Goslett also executive produce. Clare Kilner, Nina Lopez-Corrado, Andrij Parekh, and Loni Peristere are directors on the third season.
